Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip to the Hamptons, New York for himself/herself and up to one guest. Trip consists of: roundtrip economy class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and Guest from a major airport near Grand Prize winner’s residence in one of the eligible 47 states of the U.S. (void in Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island), or D.C. to New York City, New York; $500 American Express Gift Card for Grand Prize winner only (to be used for ground transportation from New York City to the Hamptons and back and additional expenses); 3-nights hotel ocean view accommodation (single room/double occupancy) at Gurney’s Inn Resort & Spa; one dinner for Grand Prize winner and Guest at Southampton Publick House (up to $100.00 in value, does not include tax, gratuity, or beverages; alcohol not included); one dinner for Grand Prize winner and Guest at OSO Restaurant at Southampton Inn (up to $100.00 in value, does not include tax, gratuity, or beverages; alcohol not included); four day Thalasso Spa treatment for Grand Prize winner and Guest at the spa at Gurney’s Inn, which shall include: three Spa cuisine meals daily for Grand Prize winner and Guest; Spa welcome and orientation package for two including $720 worth of spa treatments for both Grand Prize winner and Guest, health and fitness profile for two, unlimited exercise classes for two, daily guided ocean-air walks for two, one discovery trek in the nearby Walking Dunes for two, a gift package including Gurney’s signature makeup bags for two, embroidered robe and beach tote for two, and one Seinfeld merchandise prize pack. Approximate Retail Value “(ARV)” of Grand Prize: $4,375.00. The ARV for the Grand Prize may vary depending upon the point of departure, fare fluctuation, and if Grand Prize winner takes the allotted Guest – additional compensation will not be provided if value of a Grand Prize is less than the stated ARV. If Grand Prize winner elects to travel with no Guest, no substitute compensation will be awarded and Trip components will be awarded in amounts appropriate to one traveler. Grand Prize winner and Guest will be solely responsible for arranging all details of ground transportation from New York City to the Hamptons and back. Grand Prize conditions may be added or modified by companies providing those portions of the Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to award the Trip “as is” and to structure travel route, airline and flight itinerary (including, but not limited to, airports used) in its sole discretion. If Grand Prize winner chooses to take more guests than allotted, Sponsor is not responsible for arranging or booking such additional travel arrangements. Trip is subject to air/hotel availability, seasonality, holiday and black-out dates and all other prize and travel restrictions and/or specific terms and conditions set forth by Sponsor. Travel must be completed by April 30, 2010 and is available Sunday through Thursday weekly or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Air transportation provided only if a winner does not reside within 100 miles of New York City. A 30-day advance notice is required. Other restrictions may apply. Grand Prize winner and his/her respective Guest must travel together on the same itinerary and in the same class of air travel. Once travel has been confirmed, any change, extension or substitution of Trip is not guaranteed and any cancellation or change fees or restructuring of Trip are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her Guest, as applicable. Grand Prize winner or his/her Trip Guest must have/present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check into hotel. Items not specifically mentioned as being included as part of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her Guest, if applicable, and may include, but are not limited to, unspecified ground transportation, airport tax, travel tax, travel insurance, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, unspecified meals, alcoholic beverages, hotel incidentals, local and long distance telephone calls, gratuities, personal items, government fees, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. If Grand Prize winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must make his/her own travel arrangements and pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the one allotted travel Guest.
