Grand Prize: (2 winners) Trip for Grand Prize Winner and one Guest. Each Grand Prize consists of round trip coach air transportation for two persons from the major commercial airport with regularly scheduled flights nearest winner’s permanent residence at the time of entry that is serviced by AirTran Airways to Fort Lauderdale, FL, 3-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy hotel room and tax only), at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa and one spa treatment each for Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $2,325

The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize will vary depending upon Grand Prize Winner’s permanent residence and airline and hotel rate fluctuations. In the event a Grand Prize Winner resides more than 180 miles from an airport that is serviced by AirTran Airways, such winner will also receive round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s home to the nearest airport serviced by AirTran Airways. Air transportation provider is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Each Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any and all ground transportation between airport of departure/ return and Grand Prize Winner’s residence and for any and all ground transportation between Fort Lauderdale airport and Diplomat Hotel and Spa and while traveling on Grand Prize trip. Each Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any and all meals, beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades, personal incidentals and any other expenses not specified herein. Hotel accommodations consist of standard double occupancy room and room tax only. Each Grand Prize Winner (and his/her Guest) and each First Prize Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) as directed by Sponsor within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. In the event a Grand Prize Winner’s Guest is 18 years of age but is considered a minor in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides, such Guest’s parent or legal guardian must sign and return all required documentation. All Grand Prize trips must be completed by February 2, 2010 or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Each Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel arrangements must be made at least 60 days prior to departure and material restrictions apply. Travel is subject to availability and blackout dates will apply. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If either a Grand Prize Winner or a Guest becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Sweepstakes prize package due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award; or (2) extending the period during which such prize may be awarded for a period determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Such Grand Prize Winner or Guest must prove such disability by a doctor’s certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and Grand Prize Winner at Grand Prize Winner’s expense. Each Grand Prize and First Prize Winner will be required to supply Sponsor with his/her Social Security Number for tax purposes. Each Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on his/her prize. Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Prizes are nontransferable; no substitutions or cash redemptions except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded. Centra Marketing & Communications, LLC will be solely responsible for providing prize to each winner.
