PRIZE. One (1) GRAND PRIZE will be awarded, consisting of (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Jacksonville, FL (the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) accommodations in a private cabin located at Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (Event location) for three nights; (c) two (2) tickets to attend the Wanee Festival in Lake City, FL Friday, April 16, 2010 and Saturday, April 17, 2010 (“Event”); and (d) $250 in car rental vouchers (Grand Prize winner subject to car rental terms and conditions, including that driver must be at least 23 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.).
