One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

– The opportunity for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to attend a J Cole performance with VIP experience in Los Angeles, CA on or about July 21, 2014 (includes roundtrip airfare (economy class) for Winner’s Guest from the major airport near Winner’s hometown to a Los Angeles-area airport);

– The opportunity to participate in a one (1) week Roc Nation experience in Los Angeles beginning on or about July 21, 2014 which includes:

– The opportunity to participate in a one (1) week Roc Nation experience in New York beginning on or about July 28, 2014 which includes:

o One (1) one-way airline ticket (economy coach class) from the major airport nearest Winner’s hometown to a Los Angeles-area airport;

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($6,500.00).
