PetSmart $500,000 Challenge Sweepstakes
How to enter:
(a) Testimonial Contest. To enter the Testimonial Contest, go to www.petsmart.com/petfit during the Contest Period, complete all information fields on the Contest entry page, and submit the completed entry form including an essay of 150 words or less (entered electronically via the entry page) on the theme of how your pet (cat or dog) lost weight and became more healthy using Hill’s® Science Diet® Weight Loss System and or Hill’s® Science Diet® Light (the “Products”). You may include a video and/or up to 2 photos to show your pet today. Photos or video may be used by Sponsor and its designees for publicity purposes, but will not count toward judging or determination of winner.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address regardless of method of entry
Prizes:
(a) Testimonial Contest Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available: $10,000 with the opportunity to increase that prize up to a maximum of $500,000. Prize winner will be invited to participate in a live event with his/her pet, where either the pet (if a dog) or the owner (if pet is a cat) is given the chance, under controlled conditions, to select at random among fifty (50) options, only one of which will have a concealed prize message for $500,000. If that option is successfully selected on a single try (1:50), the prize is increased to $500,000 (payable $25,000 per year for 20 years); otherwise it will be $10,000, payable in a lump sum.
Sweepstakes Drawing Prizes: The following prizes are available: Ten (10) First Prizes: $100 toward a BANFIELD visit; Twenty (20) Second Prizes: $50 toward PetSmart Grooming Services; Twenty Third Prizes: $50 toward PetSmart Doggy Day Camp; and Fifty (50) Fourth Prizes: $25 toward any PetSmart purchase.
