FOURTH PRIZE: There will be twenty-five (25) fourth prizes (“Fourth Prizes”) awarded, one (1) Fourth Prize to each Fourth Prize Winner. Each Fourth Prize will consist of the following: fifty dollars ($50) worth of H2Ocean Skin Care Products. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of each Fourth Prize is fifty dollars ($50). ERV of all Fourth Prizes is one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250).
THIRD PRIZE: There will be ten (10) third prizes (“Third Prizes”) awarded, one (1) Third Prize to each Third Prize Winner. Each Third Prize will consist of the following: one hundred dollars ($100) worth of Sullen Clothing. ERV of each Third Prize is one hundred ($100). ERV of all Third Prizes is one thousand dollars ($1,000).
SECOND PRIZE: There will be one (1) second prize (“Second Prize”) awarded to one (1) Second Prize Winner. Second Prize will consist of a two (2) day, one (1) night trip to the location of a Best Ink tattoo artist (“Second Prize Destination”), as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Second Prize Trip”). Trip will include: 1) round trip coach class air transportation for Second Prize Winner from a major commercial airport near Second Prize Winner’s home, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to a major commercial airport near the Second Prize Destination, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; 2) one (1) night standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) near the Second Prize Destination, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and 3) two (2) hours of tattoo time with the selected Best Ink tattoo artist. ERV of Second Prize is one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500).
FIRST PRIZE: There will be one (1) first prize (“First Prize”) awarded to one (1) First Prize Winner. First Prize will consist of a two (2) day, one (1) night trip to the location of a Best Ink tattoo artist (“First Prize Destination”), as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“First Prize Trip”). GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize” and together with First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and Fourth Prize will be referred to herein as “Prize” or “Prizes”) awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize will consist of a two (2) day, one (1) night trip to the location of a Best Ink tattoo artist (“Grand Prize Destination”), as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Grand Prize Trip”). Trip will include: 1) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to a major commercial airport near the Grand Prize Destination, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; 2) one (1) night standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) near the Grand Prize Destination, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and 3) four (4) hours of tattoo time with the selected Best Ink tattoo artist. ERV of Grand Prize is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
