Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to Los Angeles, California, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $4,235. The Trip shall include the following, all selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion: round-trip, coach class air transportation (including taxes) for Winner and his/her travel companion from the major US gateway airport nearest the Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, California, use of a rental car for 3 days (including unlimited mileage, LDW insurance and subject to all restrictions (including age requirements) of the rental agency), hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), including room taxes, for two consecutive nights at The Orlando Hotel, round-trip ground transportation between the Hotel and the Kodak Theatre for a taping of The Oprah Winfrey Show on March 8, 2010, one dinner for two people at Sushi Roku, the opportunity to enjoy one spa treatment at a local spa or one in-room massage each for Winner and his/her Travel Companion, and assorted items from The Oprah Store to be shipped to the Winner’s residence via UPS. No substitutions, partial acceptance, transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by Winner. ARV of prize may vary based upon Winner’s city of residence. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or comparable value in the event a described prize or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses not expressly provided for above, including meals, incidentals, tips, gratuities, telephone calls, souvenirs, dry cleaning, laundry, additional ground transportation, excess baggage charges, additional spa treatments or other personal expenses or charges incurred during the Trip. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Certain restrictions may apply and no refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Winner and his/her Travel Companion must travel together on the same itinerary from the same airport and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (eg: photo ID) prior to travel. Travel arrangements (including seat selection) are subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Trip must be taken on the dates specified by Sponsor or else it shall be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to Winner. Winner or his/her Travel Companion must have a valid driver’s license or the use of the rental car shall be forfeited. In the event Sponsor: (i) is unable to provide for Winner to attend the taping of the Show for whatever reason, or (ii) determines that the behavior of the Winner and/or his/her Travel Companion is inappropriate or dangerous , in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and precludes them from attending the taping of the Show, no compensation or substitution will be provided, however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded.
