Welcome to Social Fiestas! We are working with Nestlé to help fans, like you, celebrate events. Nestlé is interested in supporting events that you create by providing you with products, recipes, ideas, party supplies and more! As a host, you can also share your events and enter our contest for a chance to win a prize.
HOW THE NESTLÉ EL MEJOR NIDO EVENTS WORK:
Your D�_a de las Madres celebration must take place within the stated dates of May 10 – 13, 2012. To apply, check the box below and hit continue to complete the application process by 04/11/2012. If selected, you will be provided with information on how to use our Social Fiestas Facebook application to create your event and invite your friends. If you have met the below requirements, you will receive your Fiesta Pack (event kit) with NESTLÉ® products, ideas, party supplies and more. Prior to and shortly following your event, you will receive additional tips, reminders and information by email to enhance your event. As part of being selected, you will be provided with an email address to reach a Nestlé event coordinator should you have any questions about using the Social Fiestas application or your Fiestas Pack.
By applying for a Nestlé event, you agree that you will meet the following requirements: Complete and submit this Release Form online after being notified you have been selected. Send out your invitations via the Social Fiestas tool within 5 days from the time you are notified that you have been selected. You must have the event during the timeframe stated for this event with a minimum, including yourself, of twenty-five (25) guests of which at least three (3) of the guests have responded via the Social Fiestas tool that they will attend. Your event will be hosted at a space with access to a conventional oven, microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer. You will use the products that Nestlé provides for your event and share them with your guests. You will ask your guests to sign this form the day of your event giving consent to Nestlé to use their photo and likeness. You will send the completed form to the following address within 7 days of your event: P.O. Box 23426, San Diego, CA, 92193 Following your event, you will post at least 3 photos of your event to the El Mejor Nido Facebook wall or on your personal Facebook Wall tagging the photos as “El Mejor Nido”. IMPORTANT: DO NOT POST PHOTOS that include any third party materials including any visible trademarks, team logos, emblems, uniforms, etc.
To apply, complete the event screener within the recruiting deadline stated. If you are not selected for this event, you may apply to future events. If you have been selected as a host to any prior events through El Mejor Nido, you are not eligible to participate in this event since you can only host one event. If selected to host this event, you may not apply to host additional events.
