Submit an original in one of the listed categories. Include the recipe (no more tan 8 ingredients, not including the pork, or common pantry items such as salt, pepper, water, etc). Recipe should be able to be cooked in 8 hours or less, and have a prep time of 30 minutes or less. Photo optional. 
Prize: (4 winners – 1 per category) $2,000 check. $200 gift certificate to purchase pork at a local retailer, crockpot, set of dinnerware for four, set of placesettings for four,a Pork Be Inspired cutting board, and a Pork Be Inspired apron. (ARV $2,500)
