One (1) Grand Prize: a 3-day/2-night trip for winner and his or her guest to Burbank, California, including

• two (2) tickets to a taping of The Ellen DeGeneres Show (for a show taped March-May 2016) (the “Show”);
• round-trip, coach-class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to a major commercial airport near Los Angeles, California (airports determined by Sponsor; if winner resides within 200 miles of Los Angeles, California, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation); and
• two (2) nights’ accommodations (two (2) rooms, double occupancy, at a hotel determined by Sponsor).

(Prize Restrictions: Seating at Show is determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for the postponement or cancellation of the Show; if the Show is cancelled, postponed or otherwise not conducted as originally scheduled, the Grand Prize will be awarded without tickets to the Show on the same itinerary and no additional or substitute compensation will be provided. Sponsor is not responsible for issues arising from venue management or operation, including seating. Sponsor reserves the right to deny winner or his or her guest use of any part of the prize if he or she engages in a disruptive or offensive conduct or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and his or her guest must travel together on the same itinerary as specified by Sponsor. If the travel guest is a minor, he or she must be accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize is subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions. The Released Parties are not responsible for any cancellation, delay, diversion or substitution or any act or omission whatsoever by the air carriers, hotel or any other person or entity providing any services in connection with the Grand Prize. All other expenses not specifically described above (including, but not limited to, taxes, fees, meals, gratuities, insurance, personal and hotel incidentals and additional ground transportation) are the responsibility solely of winner.)

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,000.
