ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (to be awarded from among all eligible entries received during the Promotional Time Period): $100,000 Cash Prize. Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a corporate check payable to the confirmed Grand Prize winner (parent or legal guardian if winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence) (Value $100,000). The Grand Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment of $51,515 in the form of a corporate check to help winner defray any federal or state tax obligations related to the Grand Prize; provided, however, that winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes and other taxes associated with receipt of the prize and cash payment.
