PRIZING: Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a trip for him/herself and three (3) guests (Grand Prize Winner’s guests must comprise the parent or legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner, another minor and his/her parent or legal guardian) (collectively, “Guests”) to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip Package”). Trip Package consists of: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guests from the major U.S. airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; (ii) round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guests from Los Angeles airport to hotel; (iii) two (2) consecutive nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (double room, quad. occupancy); (iv) tickets and round-trip ground transportation (from the hotel) to the Kids’ Choice Awards 2010 Dress Rehearsal for Grand Prize Winner and Guests; (v) tickets and round-trip ground transportation (from the hotel) to the Kids’ Choice Awards 2010 on March 27, 2010, for Grand Prize Winner and Guests (vi) a walk on the “Orange Carpet” with Justin Bieber for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest that is a minor; and (vii) tickets for the Kids’ Choice Awards 2010 Post Event. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,600.00. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. ARV of Grand Prize may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Any person that participates in the Trip Package that is not deemed a Guest must pay his/her own expenses. Grand Prize Winner and Guests must be able to travel between the dates of Friday, March 26, 2010 and Sunday, March 28, 2010.
