Grand Prize: There will be one (1) prize (the “Grand Prize”) awarded following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize winner, upon further confirmation of eligibility, will receive a trip for two (2) to the North Fork Ranch in Shawnee, CO. The Grand Prize shall consist of roundtrip economy airfare to Shawnee, CO from the major commercial airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel guest (unless the Grand Prize winner resides within approximately 150 miles from Shawnee, CO, in which case, Sponsor (in its sole discretion) may provide the Grand Prize winner and his/her travel guest with ground transportation instead of air travel and the Grand Prize winner shall not receive any compensation in conjunction with such substitution), seven (7) nights’ standard hotel accommodations in one (1) double-occupancy room at the North Fork Ranch, and two (2) pairs of non-exotic AQHA Collection Justin Boots. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $7,000.00 (USD).
