Each grand prize shall consist of

Each grand prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $699 and may not be redeemed for cash.

Five hundred (500) first prizes will be awarded.
Each first prize shall consist of one (1) pair of Johnsonville branded grilling tongs.
Each first prize has an ARV of $12 and may not be redeemed for cash
