Prize: (4 winners) A trip for two to attend the 10th Annual Latin Grammy Awards in Las Vegas on November 5, 2009. The Grand Prize package includes roundtrip coach airfare for winner and one guest from the major airport nearest winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada, 3-night hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsor, One-way Limousine service from the hotel to the Latin Grammys show, one dinner exclusive of alcohol for winner and guest at a premier Las Vegas restaurant, as chosen by Sponsor, an American Express Gift Card for winner only in the amount of $300, Limited Access passes for winner and guest to the 10th Annual Latin Grammy [Not noted in the other Dieste Rules version] rehearsal, two Premium Tickets for the 2009 Latin Grammy Awards on November 5, 2009, including access to walk the “Green” carpet, and two VIP after-party tickets. Winner must be available to travel to attend the awards show on November 5, 2009, or prize will be forfeited. Travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine flight itinerary and hotel accommodations in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Ground transportation may be substituted for air travel in Sponsor’s sole discretion if winner lives within 200 miles of Las Vegas. Prize does not provide spending money beyond the American Express Gift Card. All expenses and any incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, baggage charges, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor makes no warranties with regard to the prizes. No part of any prize includes beer or alcoholic beverages. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions of prize allowed by winner, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability.
