3. Prize and Selection of Winner: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about March 16, 2011. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day, 2-night trip for two people to Charlotte, NC to attend the Charlotte Bobcats basketball game on April 6, 2011. Grand Prize includes:
* Roundtrip coach-class airfare for winner and a guest between major airport closest to winner’s residence (determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and Charlotte, NC;
* One double-occupancy room in a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing for two (2) nights;
* Two (2) tickets to the Charlotte Bobcats game versus Orlando Magic on April 6, 2011, at Time Warner Center;
* Subject to Mr. Jordan’s availability, it is anticipated that winner and guest will meet Michael Jordan at the Time Warner Center for a minimum of 5 minutes. The timing of the visit and the amount of actual time spent will be subject to the sole discretion of Mr. Jordan and his schedule;
* Ground transfers between the hotel and Time Warner Center for two (2) people;
* One (1) $500 concession card;
* A Hanes Comfort Fit Prize Pack each for winner and guest, consisting of the following:
