Each show from Monday, Nov. 4 to Friday, Nov. 8, 2013 will contain one piece of information you need in order to correctly answer the multiple choice questions on the Entry Form. “GMA” will signal during each show which segment contains the “key” to correctly answer the question.
You must answer all five multiple choice questions on the Entry Form. Each one is based on one day’s broadcast of “GMA.” Enter, in order, the letter or number corresponding to each of your answers into the “Trivia Code” box.
You must also submit an essay, no more than 300 words, stating why you or the person you are nominating deserves to win a Mazda.
Prize: win one of three 2014 Mazdas.
