Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one eligible guest to Austin, Texas. Actual value of Grand Prize will depend on winner’s location and fares at time of departure. If actual value of trip turns out to be less than the stated ARV, then the difference will not be awarded in cash. Trip includes: roundtrip coach airfare onboard Continental Airlines for winner and guest to/from a major commercial airport serviced by Continental Airlines nearest winner’s primary residence (or ground transportation, if winner resides within 100 mile radius of Austin, Texas to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), luxurious accommodations (double occupancy) at Barton Creek Resort & Spa for two nights, breakfast for two (2) each day, a round of golf for winner and guest on one of Barton Creek’s Fazio Championship Courses, a round of golf for winner and guest on Barton Creek’s Crenshaw Cliffside or Palmer Lakeside Golf Courses, use of cart and range at both courses plus two (2) Adams Golf Drivers and two Adams Golf Fairway Woods. All meals (other than as noted herein), ground transportation (other than as noted herein), taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges, or other expenses not specified herein are not included in prize and are the winner’s sole responsibility.

Grand Prize must be redeemed by April 30th, 2011 and must include a Sunday through Thursday stay. Advance booking, blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Availability of any portion of prize is subject to factors such as weather, seasonality and space availability. If weather affects the ability for winner and his/her guest to redeem any portion of prize during the scheduled date and time, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligations to the winner and/or guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the prize package minus the unused portion of prize. If winner cannot attend the golf activity for any reason whatsoever then the Sponsor shall have no further obligations other than to award the remaining elements of the prize package minus the unused portion of prize package. If for any reason whatsoever, winner is unable to travel after all arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and his/her guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner’s guest must be 21 years or older as of date of departure and must complete and return a Liability and Publicity Release prior to travel.
