One (1) grand prize will be awarded consisting of a 5-night trip for the grand-prize winner and a guest (“Guest”) to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil (the “Grand-Prize Trip”). The Guest must be 18 years of age or older at the time the Travel Companion Release referred to below is executed. Grand Prize winner must provide a minimum of forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired departure and all travel must be completed by June 29, 2012. Grand-Prize Trip includes: (a) Coach class round-trip airfare for two (2) from a major gateway airport closest to grand-prize winner’s U.S. residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil (grand-prize winner and Guest must fly together; flights are non-changeable and non-transferable); (b) Five-nights’ lodging (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only); (c) daily breakfast at a restaurant selected by Sponsor, while in Brazil (all other meals are grand-prize winner’s responsibility); (d) limited travel insurance as provided by Sponsor; and (e) a Helicopter tour (subject to availability; exact tour, location, duration, date and time determined solely by Sponsor). Eligible travel dates exclude major holidays and February through March. The grand-prize winner and the Guest must possess a valid and unexpired passport (or be eligible for and have made application for such passport prior to the execution of the winner documents mentioned below) that permits travel between the U.S. and Brazil or grand-prize winner will be disqualified and forfeit any right to the said prize (in which case, said prize will be awarded to an alternate via random drawing). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand-Prize Trip is $5,500.00

 FIRST PRIZE: One (1) first prize will be awarded which shall be a Gibson guitar (the “First-Prize”). Specific guitar model to be awarded as the First Prize is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The ARV of the First-Prize is $1,500.00.

 SECOND PRIZES: Three (3) second prizes will be awarded each consisting of a set of four (4) tires from General Tire with a total ARV of up to $1,500.00 per winner (actual value may be less depending upon tire and size chosen).
