Prize: (1 winner) Bass fishing trip for two, which consists of and is limited only to the following: round-trip coach airfare for two people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a destination airport in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), 4-nights lodging for two people at Flint Creek Ranch located in Bosque County, Texas. (one double occupancy standard room; lodge, room and dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; also includes dining (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and reasonable amounts of house selected beverages), ground transportation for two people between the Destination Airport and the Ranch (method of transportation as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), up to three days of guided bass fishing (as organized and scheduled by Ranch); includes fishing license fees for two people; one guide; field transportation and field dressing; and use of appropriate fishing equipment and other fishing supplies (as determined and provided by Ranch), $1,000 Gander Mountain gift card (gift card subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations thereof); $500 assortment of Strike King apparel and lures (as selected by Sponsor or its designee in its sole discretion); and two Gander Mountain Deluxe Rolling Duffle Bags (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). All prize activities (including, without limitation, travel and lodging) must be taken and completed in either of the following two time periods, March 16-20, 2011 OR March 23-27, 2011. Ranch activities, including, without limitation, fishing, Ranch tours, animal viewing and riding, are as organized and scheduled by Ranch and are subject to weather, safety and other similar limitations and restrictions as determined by Ranch in its sole discretion, which may result in limitation of prize (for example, weather may reduce the number of available bass fishing days under three); in such event, no cash or other consideration will be awarded for the prize limitation. Unused components of prize shall be forfeited and have no redeemable cash value (for example, if winner’s and guest’s fishing activities preclude use of other Ranch activity components of prize). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is eight thousand dollars ($8,000). Actual ARV depends on location of Originating Airport, Destination Airport, and fares and rates at the time of booking; if actual ARV is less than the stated ARV in these Official Rules, the difference will not be awarded in cash or other consideration.
