PRIZE. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, one (1) prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The “prize” is a bass fishing trip for two (2), which consists of and is limited only to the following: (a) round-trip coach airfare for two (2) people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Originating Airport”) and a destination airport (“Destination Airport”) in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (b) three (3) nights lodging for two (2) people at Lake Fork Marina (the “Resort”) located in Alba, Texas (one (1) double occupancy standard room; room and dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; also includes up to $50 dining per day (to be used for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner), (c) up to $50 per day for rental car (rental car, including reservation, is sole responsibility of winner), (d) up to two (2) days of guided bass fishing (as organized and scheduled by winner with contact guide (Johnny Glass); which dates are subject to guide’s availability); includes one (1) guide; field transportation and field dressing; and use of appropriate fishing equipment and other fishing supplies (as determined and provided by guide and/or Resort). All prize activities (including, without limitation, travel and lodging) must be taken and completed during calendar year 2012. Resort activities, including, without limitation, fishing, are as organized and scheduled by Resort and/or guide and are subject to weather, safety and other similar limitations and restrictions as determined by Resort and/or guide in their respective sole discretion, which may result in limitation of prize (for example, weather may reduce the number of available bass fishing days under two (2)); in such event, no cash or other consideration will be awarded for the prize limitation. Unused components of prize shall be forfeited and have no redeemable cash value (for example, if winner’s and guest’s fishing activities preclude use of other Resort activity components of prize). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500).
