Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to New York City, including airfare and hotel accommodations, and two tickets to the Rachael Ray show (Tickets subject to availability. Taping dates may change due to production schedules. Current production schedule calls for taping between September 2010 and April 2011. There is a minimum age requirement of 16 to be an audience member of Rachael Ray). Trip Specifics: Funjet Vacations will provide winner with round-trip economy class airfare for winner and one guest from a major gateway airport in the Continental US serviced by Delta Airlines to a New York City area airport. Government-imposed per passenger travel taxes are approximately $143.12, are not included and are payable by winner prior to travel. Travel is subject to availability and is not permitted over holidays, blackout dates or convention periods. Confirmation will be given on a space available basis only. Once a reservation is made, no changes are permitted. Winner is responsible for providing all necessary travel documentation, including passports. It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide proper documentation. Married or divorced women traveling under names other than what is printed on their travel documents must supply a marriage license and/or divorce decree. Travel arrangements are subject to availability. Winner and guest will be required to sign the Funjet Vacations Bill of Rights. Winner will also receive hotel accommodations in New York City for 2 nights for 2 people in one standard double occupancy room at a hotel of Reader’s Digest’s choosing. Winner is responsible for transportation to and from airports of departure/arrival and transfers from airport to hotel. Winner and Guest must travel on same itinerary. Should the Winner elect to not take a guest, or such guest is unable to accompany Winner on same itinerary, Winner shall forfeit that portion of the Grand Prize and the difference between the actual value of the Grand Prize and the stated ARV will not be awarded. The Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of this prize package is $2,132. Prize value may vary based on winner’s home location. The prize is not transferable and cannot be assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value in the event that the stated prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor. All expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of Winner. By entering, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, KWP Studios Inc., CBS Studios Inc. and the Rachael Ray show, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, successors, assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents and shareholders, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes from and against any and all claims, causes or actions, demands, losses, damage or liabilities of any nature whatsoever which may result, directly or indirectly, in whole or part from entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any of the prizes.
