How Winner will be selected/judged: When the voting closes at 12:00 a.m. EST on December 1, 2013, the entry with the most votes cast via the #Below10kFeet app will be selected as the potential winner. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified on or about 12:00 p.m. EST, December 7, 2013.
What happens if I am selected as the winner: The winner will receive two (two) roundtrip First Class tickets from the airport served by Delta closest to the winner’s home to anywhere in the continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska excluded). The potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a confidentiality agreement, and a liability release/assignment of rights and return within 48 hours of receipt of notification. If the potential winner fails to complete the above requirements for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected based on the next highest number of votes received. Travel must be completed within one (1) year from date of issued certificate or winner will forfeit the prize. Flight bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and embargo periods may apply. The Sponsor cannot guarantee tickets for any one particular date to the winner. Details of how to book will be sent to the Contest winner. Once the reservation has been made, name changes are not permitted. The prize does not include transport to or from the airport or accommodations beyond three nights which shall be the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest.
All travelers must travel on same itinerary. Travel must be round trip. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor as detailed in the passenger contract of carriage. All other expenses, travel, and costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. If any of winner’s guests is a minor (as determined by applicable law), winner must be minor’s parent/legal guardian and must complete required paperwork on behalf of minor as applicable. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of prize documents. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket and Delta’s contract of carriage.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,840 (USD).
