PRIZES: There will be one (1) grand prize winner and three (3) runner up prize winners in this sweepstakes. The grand prize winner will receive one (1) American Express gift card worth $200 (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $200.00) and his or her choice of one pair (1) of any of the following Sorel boots, five (5) through twelve (12): Women’s 1964 Premium (ARV $110.00), Women’s Tivoli Low Lace (ARV $85), Women’s Tivoli Plaid (ARV $100), or Women’s Caribou (ARV $110). Total ARV of the grand prize is between three hundred ten dollars ($310) and two hundred eight give dollars ($285), depending on which boots winner chooses. Each of the runners up will receive his or her choice of one (1) pair of any of the following Sorel boots, each available in sizes five (5) through twelve (12): Women’s 1964 Premium (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $110.00), Women’s Tivoli Low Lace (ARV $85), Women’s Tivoli Plaid (ARV $100), or Women’s Caribou
(ARV $110). Total ARV of each runner up prize is between eightyfive dollars ($85) and one hundred ten dollars ($110),
depending on which boots winners choose.
