open to US legal residents of a Cox Communications service area who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

 Prize. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, two (2) Grand Prize Winners will receive a trip for 2 to Los Angeles, California during the month of April 2012. Each “winner” (winner + 1 guest) will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California to attend an American Idol taping. Trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation from a major U.S. airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights nearest winner’s permanent residence to Los Angeles; standard hotel accommodations at SLS Hotel Beverly Hills one (1) room, double occupancy (room & tax only) for three (3) days and two (2) nights, and round trip ground transportation to and from airport in Los Angeles, round trip ground transportation to and from the live taping, midsize rental car with $250 standard insurance coverage for duration of prize package in Los Angeles (primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and in possession of a major credit card and valid driver’s license in same name, with a total estimated retail value of $3,875.00 (the “Prize”). All meals, taxes, gratuities and other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Winners living in San Diego or Orange County, California or within a 200 mile radius of Los Angeles will enjoy roundtrip private car service from their residence to the hotel in lieu of roundtrip airfare, with a total estimated retail value of $2,549.00 from Orange County and $2,749.00 from San Diego (the “Grand Prize). Grand Prize Winner must be available to travel during the month of April 2012.

 There will also be thirty (30) First Prize winners of an American Idol duffle bag, with a total estimated retail value of $35 USD per bag (the “First Prize).
