Each winner has the discretion to choose to attend one (1) iHeartRadio experience at theater East or West.

A trip for two (2) to New York City or Los Angeles to attend the iHeartRadio Experience of the winner’s choice. Prizing
includes two tickets to the iHeartRadio Theater show of the winner’s choosing; winner will be provided a list of upcoming
confirmed shows at the iHeartRadio Theaters East and West. Trip must be taken by December 31, 2014.

Prizing includes domestic roundtrip airfare for winner and one (1) guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize
winner’s primary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion)
to destination airport for New York City or Los Angeles; 3 days and 2 nights standard double occupancy hotel
accommodations at destination; roundtrip ground transportation to and from the hotel and airport at destination only; and
two (2) tickets to see the iHeartRadio Concert show of winner’s choosing. Total overall approximate retail value of the prize is
$5,000
