Grand Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to Rochester, Vermont and includes the following elements: round-trip coach class air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) to a Sponsor-selected airport in Vermont; 2-nights’ accommodations at the Liberty Hill Farm in Rochester, Vermont (one (1) standard room, double occupancy); and a rental car for 3-days in Vermont (primary renter must be 25 years or older, in possession of a major credit card and valid driver’s license in the same name and agree to all the terms and conditions required by car rental agency). Prize does not include any additional incidentals. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The grand prize winner must complete their trip between May 1, 2012 & June 30, 2012. Grand Prize winner must provide at least 30 days advance notice prior to the intended date of departure. (ARV $2,500). Actual final value of Trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure, airline ticket and airline availability cost at time of purchase. Grand Prize winner will NOT receive such difference from the ARV of the prize. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Grand Prize winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: gift shop purchases; ground transportation between Grand Prize winner’s residence and the airport of origin; incidentals; insurance; laundry service; meals, drinks, merchandise; parking; room service; service charges; souvenirs; spa services; telephone calls; tours and any other personal expenses or hotel charges incurred. Travel arrangements must be booked through Sponsor’s agent and on a carrier of Sponsor’s choosing. Travel arrangements cannot be changed in any way once booked and confirmed. Grand Prize winner and Guest must travel together on same itinerary are each responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. The Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of primary residence, whichever is older), or if the Guest is a minor, the Grand Prize winner must be such Guest’s parent or legal guardian. Guest must sign and return a Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law prior to issuance of travel documents. The Grand Prize will be awarded provided it is validly claimed by June 30, 2012, after which no alternate winner will be selected, nor unclaimed prize awarded. Trip is for the winner of the Sweepstakes and a Guest of the winner’s choosing. No extension will be given after June 30, 2012, and sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.
