Twenty (20) potential winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries to be held by May 5, 2013 following the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Sponsor may, at its option, conduct a background check on each potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner from receiving any prize based on such background check if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion that awarding any prize to such potential winner could result in a safety or security risk to any person or persons or could result in the disruption of any event associated with the Promotion. Sponsor will, in its sole discretion, then select one winner from the list of eligible potential winners on the basis of criteria determined and applied by Sponsor to provide for an appropriate range of views, backgrounds, and interests.

 (a) each valid entry received prior to 11:59PM EST on March 25, 2013 and between 12:00AM EST on March 27, 2013 and 11:59PM on March 31, 2013 and during the Promotion Period shall be deemed to be worth two (2) entries;

 (b) each valid entry received on or after 12:01AM on April 1, 2013 and during the Promotion Period shall constitute one (1) entry;

 Participants may not enter the Promotion by any and all entry methods combined more than ten (10) times in any calendar day.

 Prizes. 2 winner(s) will each receive the following prize package (the “Trip”):

 Two round-trip coach-class airplane tickets for winner and one guest from the major airport closest to the winner’s address within the continental United States to [Atlanta, GA], (“Destination”), including ground transportation to and from the airport at the Destination (approximate retail value $600);
 Hotel accommodations for winner and one guest at a hotel at the Destination to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion in a double-occupancy room or room of equivalent value (approximate retail value $600);
 Entry to DSCC brunch event with President Obama ($1,000).

 Approximate retail value of the each entire Trip package: $2,200.
