Open only to legal residents of AZ, CA, CT, CO, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV and WI who are 21 years of age or older on January 1, 2013.

One Grand Prize (1 Grand Prize Winner). One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for the Winner and three (3) guests (four (4) total travelers) for four (4) nights and five (5) days to Burlington, Vermont from March 1, 2013 until March 5, 2013 for the 2013 Magic Hat® Mardi Gras Celebration. The prize includes:
 – round-trip airfare for Winner and three (3) guests (four (4) total travelers) from the airport that is, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, closest to Winner’s home (restrictions apply) to Burlington airport (or, if the Winner and three (3) guests reside nearby the trip destination, round trip transportation, determined by the Sponsor, to Burlington, VT (restrictions apply);
 – accommodations on March 1, 2013 and March 2, 2013 (two rooms, double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice in Burlington, VT;
 – (4) tickets to a performance scheduled at a music venue of Sponsor’s choice, subject to availability;
 – VIP tour of the Magic Hat® Brewery;
 – Ride on the Magic Hat® Float during the Mardi Gras Parade;
 – $500 Gift Card for meals;
 – roundtrip ground transportation on March 3, 2013 to a ski resort of Sponsor’s choice in Vermont and back to Burlington, VT on March 5, 2013;
 – accommodations for on March 3, 2013 and March 4, 2013 at Resort (two rooms, double occupancy);
 – four (4) two-day ski or snowboard rentals at Resort and four (4) two-day lift tickets at Resort.

 The verifiable retail value of the Grand Prize is $6,650. The Winner and their three (3) guests’ trip reservations must be made within the time frame provided by Sponsor and must be made with the travel agent designated by Sponsor or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. All guests must travel on the same itinerary as the Winner.Winner and guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
