GRAND PRIZE/ODDS.
A. The winner of the Sweepstakes will receive a one (1) night stay in an Encore
Tower King Suite at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas located at 3121 Las Vegas Boulevard South,
Las Vegas, Nevada 89109 (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $673.76), and a dinner and
show package for two (2) which includes a pre fixe dinner for two (2) at Sinatra (ARV $160.00)
and two (2) tickets to Steve Wynn’s ShowStoppers (non-gold level) (ARV $198.00)
(collectively, the “Grand Prize”; Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $987.00). Pre-fixe dinner for
two (2) at Sinatra limited to pre fixe menu only; winner will be responsible for any items ordered
that are not included in pre fixe menu. Appropriate dress attire required. The Grand Prize must
be redeemed by the winner at the Wynn Las Vegas Box Office within twelve (12) months from
the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winner and his/her guest must each be twenty-one (21) years
of age or older in order to redeem and participate in the Grand Prize and activities related thereto.
Grand Prize is limited to a one (1) night stay in an Encore Tower King Suite, subject to
availability and limited to single or double occupancy. Blackout dates may apply. Steve Wynn’s
ShowStoppers performs Tuesdays through Saturdays, and is dark Sundays and Mondays.
Reservations must be booked seven (7) days prior to arrival date. Once booked, reservations
cannot be rescheduled. Any cancellation will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. All Grand
Prize components must be redeemed during the Grand Prize redemption; any unused Grand Prize
components will be forfeited. Sponsor will be responsible for applicable resort fees and room
taxes, which are estimated to be $44.76. A valid credit card authorized to cover room resort fees
and tax, plus $150.00 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.
