During the Promotion Period, go to https://shareyourgoals.wellsfargobank.com and click on the “Enter here” link to be taken to the entry form to respond to the Question:

 Required: Select your response to the Question from a drop down menu of options in the “categorize your goal” section.
 Optional: Submit a photo that expresses your financial goal in a picture. Photo should be no larger than 3MB. Once the photo has been uploaded, you will receive a message confirming receipt.
 Required: Provide a written response to the Question in the text box (15 characters minimum, 500 characters maximum).

 $500 WELLS FARGO VISA® GIFT CARD PRIZE AWARD
 Potential winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the drawing date to the email address indicated on their entry form. In order to receive a Gift Card, the potential winner must respond by email or telephone to the potential winner email notice within 7 business days or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate eligible entrant.

 $10,000 PRIZE AWARD
 Potential winner will be notified by overnight mail within 7 business days of the drawing date to the name and address indicated on their entry form.

 PRIZE AWARD
 A total of thirteen (13) prizes will be awarded – one (1) $10,000 cash prize and twelve (12) $500 Wells Fargo Visa® Gift Cards (“Gift Card” or “Prize”). Gift Cards to be awarded two (2) per week during the Promotion Period with $10,000 cash being awarded in the final drawing.
