The Administering Agency will conduct one (1) Grand Prize drawing and seven (7) individual Daily Promotion drawings (each a “Daily Drawing”) on/about Monday, May 17, 2010, as detailed below. Daily Drawing #1: (from all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2010, and 11:59:59 a.m. on Saturday, May 1, 2010) Daily Drawing #2: (from all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 p.m. on Saturday, May 1, and 11:59:59 a.m. on Sunday, May 2, 2010) Daily Drawing #3: (from all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 p.m. on Sunday, May 2, 2010, and 11:59:59 a.m. on Monday, May 3, 2010) Daily Drawing #4: (from all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 p.m. on Monday, May 3, 2010, and 11:59:59 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2010) Daily Drawing #5: (from all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2010, and 11:59:59 a.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2010) Daily Drawing #6: (from all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, and 11:59:59 a.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2010) Daily Drawing #7: (from all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 p.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2010, and 11:59:59 a.m. on Friday, May 7, 2010) Grand Prize Drawing: (from all eligible entries received during the Master Promotion Period) Specific to the Daily Drawings, if there are no eligible entries, or not enough eligible entries from which to select a winner/winners for any individual Daily Drawing, that Daily Drawing’s prize(s) will not be awarded during another drawing. If a participant’s entry is randomly drawn and it meets the requirements in these Official Rules, he/she could be eligible to win a prize (subject to the Sponsor’s and/or Administering Agency’s verification process). If a potential winner is found ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that individual’s claim to a prize is forfeited and an alternate randomly drawn eligible participant will be contacted by telephone/e-mail. Odds of winning a Daily Drawing prize are determined by total number of eligible entries received by the respective Daily Drawing Period end date and time. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are determined by total number of eligible entries received by the Master Promotion Period end date and time.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes in each separate Daily Promotion: $1,450.00.
Total ARV of the prize in the Grand Prize promotion: $308.82.

One hundred (100) Daily Drawing prize packages will be awarded per Daily Drawing: Each prize package consists of four (4) Batman: The Brave and the Bold figures (model #s N5722, N5724, N5729 and P3280) and one (1) Batman: The Brave and the Bold comic book (ARV: $14.50 for each prize package).
