Phase I: Entry and Judging Criteria. To enter the Contest, entrants must post, subject to the restrictions noted below, one (1) photograph to Instagram or Twitter that best represents why the user wants a new 4GLTE Device. The post must also include (1) the hashtag associated with the contest #GiveMeVerizon, and (2) a caption that explains why the user wants a new 4GLTE Device.

Photographs will be judged by a panel of judges consisting of Sponsor’s employees and/or duly authorized representatives based on the following criteria:

Phase II: Public Voting. During Phase Two of the Contest, members of the public will have an opportunity to vote for the Semi-Finalists that they feel is most deserving of the Grand Prize as described below. Public voting will begin on August 22, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. PST and end on September 5, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. PST

. Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Samsung 4GLTE Device (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $649.99) and $1200 in service credits (in the form of monthly $100 VZW gift cards). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $1849.99.
