Each Voter will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry into the Sweepstakes for each eligible vote cast during Phase I. Limit one (1) sweepstakes entry into the Sweepstakes per person, e-mail address or household per calendar day. Each Voter will also receive one (1) opportunity to play the instant win game for each eligible vote cast during Phase I. Limit one (1) instant win game play per person, e-mail address or household per calendar day.

Voters will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry into the Sweepstakes for each eligible vote cast during Phase III. Limit one (1) sweepstakes entry into the Sweepstakes per person, e-mail address or household per calendar day. Each Voter will also receive one (1) opportunity to play the instant win game for each eligible vote cast during Phase III. Limit one (1) instant win game play per person, e-mail address or household per calendar day.

Instant Prize (200). There shall only be 200 Instant Prize Winners. Each Instant Winner will receive an Amazon® Gift Card in the amount of Twenty Dollars ($20). Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per person, e-mail address or household during the entire Promotion. Total ARV of all Instant Prizes is Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000).

Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1) – One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will receive a check from the Sponsor in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000).

Contest Grand Prize (1). The Contest Grand Prize Winner will receive a 2012 Toyota® Corolla® S. The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for the Grand Prize is $17,900.  Contest Second Prize (1): The Contest Second Prize Winner will receive a check from the Sponsor in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500). Total Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Contest Second Prize is $2,500.  Contest Third Prize (1): The Contest Third Prize Winner will receive a check from the Sponsor in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500). Total ARV of the Contest Third Prize is $500.  The ARV of all Contest Prizes is Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($20,900). Contest Prize Winners will not be eligible to win the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. Contest and sweepstakes prize winners will be eligible to win an Instant Prize.
