Promotion Period. Once a keyword is received, participants will receive a response text with a link to
the microsite at www.titostailgate.com. Once the participant accesses that link they will be prompted to
confirm that they are 21 years of age or older. Upon confirmation of their age, participant will be directed
to the registration form where they must completely enter their true and correct information in the
required fields (required fields include: Full Name, Complete Mailing Address, Email Address, and
Phone Number). Each eligible completed registration form received will earn one (1) Entry into the
Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). Standard carrier charges apply.
PRIZES (99): A total of ninety-nine (99) Promotion Prizes (thirty-three (33) per drawing) will be
awarded (one (1) prize per winner) as detailed below:

The total ARV of all Promotion Prizes is $8,865.
