One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists solely of a check in an amount up to $20,000. The value of the Grand Prize will depend on the degree of participation in the promotion (as will be determined based on eight specified brand interactions, e.g. entering the sweepstakes, linking to the Facebook page, visits to the universal landing site, etc.), but will not exceed a total of $20,000. The total amount of the Grand Prize will be determined solely by the winner. One Point will be added to the cumulative Grand Prize for each brand interaction. Each point is equivalent to $1.

Sixteen (16) Weekly Prizes: Each Weekly Prize consists solely of a branded bag toss game and product samples (to be selected by Sponsor) valued at approximately $170.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes has a maximum value of Twenty Two Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Dollars ($22,720).
