Spectracide 2013 “Make the Smart Choice” Sweepstakes

The photograph you submit: (a) must feature a photo of your yard (can include people; (b) must be in the JPEG format; (c) must be the original and sole creation of, and all right, title and interest including but not limited to the copyright in the picture must be owned solely by the entrant; (d) may not contain any nudity, or inappropriate language as determined by Sponsor; (e) may not have been submitted in any other competition; (f) may not have been published; (g) may not infringe upon any third party’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, patent or trademarks/tradenames/logos, or rights of privacy or publicity, or contain material that is or may be considered inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or portray in a false light, must not promote bigotry, racism, harm or hatred against any group or individual or promote discrimination; and (h) may not violate any law, rule or regulation. Each entrant warrants and represents that his or her photograph complies with all of these conditions. Non-complying photographs will be subject to disqualification. The appropriateness of all photographs will be determined solely by Sponsor whose decisions are final. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any photograph it deems inappropriate for any reason. Photographs cannot contain the trademark, trade name or logo of any third party (but may contain the trademark, trade name or logo of the Sponsor) and cannot contain any material that is protected by copyright. By entering, each Entrant grants permission for the use of the photograph, and their name and likeness in any media in connection with this Sweepstakes/Contest, and the advertising, promotion, and publicity of the Sweepstakes/Contest, and otherwise, as stated in these Official Rules (as solely determined by Sponsor). All photographs become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing from among all eligible entries at the end of the Sweepstakes Term on August 1, 2013.
 There will be four (4) Monthly winners; eighteen (18) Weekly winners (one during each week of the Sweepstakes Term); and thirty-six (36) Photo prize winners.
 The Monthly winners will be selected each month by Sponsor in random drawing from among all eligible entries at the each of each month of the Sweepstakes Term.
 The Weekly Winners will be selected each week by Sponsor in random drawings from among all eligible entries at the end of each week of the Sweepstakes Term.
 During each month of the Sweepstakes Term, Spectracide will choose up to a maximum of 9 consumer photos from the sweepstakes entries to be incorporated into the “Spot the Differences” game on Facebook (36 total photos will be selected).

 There will be one (1) Grand Prize; four (4) Monthly Prizes; eighteen (18) Weekly Prizes; and thirty-six (36) Photo Prizes awarded.

 The Grand Prize consists solely of a check in the amount of $10,000.

 Each Monthly Prize consists solely of
 April Monthly Prize $5,000 Gift Card to Home Depot
 May Monthly Prize $5,000 Gift Card to Lowe’s
 June Monthly Prize $5,000 Gift Card to Home Depot
 July Monthly Prize $5,000 Gift Card to Lowe’s

 Each Weekly Prize consists solely of a $200 gift card to Walmart.

 There will be 36 Photo Prizes (consumers whose photos are selected to be included in the game) which consist of a $25 gift card to Walmart.

 The total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is ($34,500).
