SkyMall’s 25th Anniversary Sweepstakes

PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”) AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. Grand Prize (1): : One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $2,500 SkyMall gift card and $750
awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner to help offset, but not
completely eliminate, the tax responsibility associated with acceptance of the Grand Prize. The
ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,250. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a form 1099 for tax

purposes in the total amount of the ARV of the Grand Prize and must submit his or her social
security number or taxpayer id number, as required by law.
B. First Prize (10): Each First Prize Winner will receive a $125 SkyMall gift card. The ARV of each
First Prize is $125. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $1,250.

Total ARV of all Available Prizes: The total ARV of all available prizes in this Sweepstakes is $4,500.
