PRIZES; REDEMPTION REQUIREMENTS.

 a. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, the following prizes shall be awarded in this Sweepstakes:

 (i) Grand Prize (1). The Grand Prize consists of and is limited to only the following: includes: (i) round trip coach airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (guest restrictions set forth below) from the major airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence as of the entry date (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport in or around the location of Six Flags Great Adventure (Jackson, NJ) (the “Park”) (airport, carrier, seating and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); Sponsor reserve the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Park, (ii) hotel accommodation in a single room with double occupancy for two (2) nights at a hotel within proximity to the Park as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, (iii) ground transportation (methods as determined by Sponsor to and from the airport to the hotel and to and from the hotel to the Park), (iv) two (2) single day admission tickets to the Park (valid March 23, 2013 only), (v) one THE FLASH Pass for two (2) (valid March 23, 2013 only), (vi) two (2) single meal vouchers (valid March 23, 2013 only), (vii) two (2) Souvenir Sports bottles(valid March 23, 2013 only); (viii) $200 in spending money; (ix) admission for two (2) (guest restrictions set forth below) to “Spring Fix” Concert on March 23, 2013. Guest restrictions: One of two (2) individuals using the prize must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. If Grand Prize Winner is under eighteen (18) years of age, the minor Grand Prize Winner must be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian of the minor Grand Prize Winner, who must also be the guest of minor Grand Prize Winner for purposes of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and on dates and at times specified by Sponsor from March 22, 2013 – March 24, 2013. Grand Prize Winner and companion are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Travel must be booked through Sponsor. All reservations are subject to availability and black-out dates. Prize will be awarded if properly claimed. (ii) First Prize (1): The First Prize consists of an iTunes gift card in the amount of $250.00. (iii) Second Prize (2): The Second Prize consists of an MTV “swag” prize pack valued at $100.00.

 The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is two thousand thirty dollars ($2,030.00), the ARV of the First Prize is two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and the ARV of the Second Prize is one hundred dollars ($100.00). The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is two thousand three hundred eighty dollars ($2,380.00).
