PRIZES. One (1) GRAND PRIZE will be awarded, consisting of (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Miami, FL (the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) two (2) nights tourist class hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); (c) one (1) autographed CD of Sugarland’s holiday CD Gold and Green; (d) one (1) Sirius Sportster 5 Satellite Radio with Vehicle Kit (Model # SP5TK1); (e) one (1) Sirius Universal Home Kit; and (f) one (1) three month subscription to the “SIRIUS Everything Plus The Best of XM” Package, including activation fee, other fees, and taxes.
