•Promotion will consist of three (3) drawings offering 50 (total of 150 for entire promotion period) – 2-night stays at Red Rock Casino Resort Spa.
•Each prize will be awarded to a randomly selected group of participants from the group of participants who have provided their legitimate and valid email address during the designated Email Acquisition Periods.
•The Email Acquisition Periods are:
(1) Friday, August 14 though Monday, September 14, 2009;
(2) Tuesday, September 15 through Wednesday, October 14, 2009; and
(3) Thursday, October 15 through Monday, November 16, 2009.
•The prize drawing times for each promotional period will take place during the following seven (7) days after the end each promotional period.
•Winners will be sent an email notifying them of winning, and will be directed to contact a casino service agent in order to arrange their stay.
•A patron may participate in the promotion by verifying or providing his/her email address to the Rewards Center at Red Rock Casino during the Email Acquisition Period or through the Red Rock Casino web site.
•Each participant who verified or provided his/her legitimate email address during an Email Acquisition Period will be awarded one (1) entry into the drawing period for which such participant provided his/her email address.
•Email addresses will be verified for legitimacy. No participants with illegitimate or invalid email addresses will be eligible to participate in the promotion.
•No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning a prize.
•Participants must be at least 21 years of age or older to participate in the promotion.
•The drawings will be conducted and names will be chosen using a random computer-generated program.
•The total prize value is approximately $30,000.
•No cash option; however, Red Rock Casino reserves the right to substitute a Red Rock Casino gift card equal to $200 in lieu of the prize.
•If a participant fails to claim his/her prize within five (5) days after the email notification of winning was sent, that participant will forfeit the prize, and the prize will go unawarded. The participant must arrange to stay at the property on or before December 31, 2009, and the redemption of the prize is subject to availability at Red Rock Casino.
•Participants may win only one (1) prize during this promotion.
•Red Rock Casino may disqualify any person for any prize based upon Red Rock Casino’s belief of the possible commission of fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this promotion.
•Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Red Rock Casino reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
•Winners are responsible for any United States Federal, State or Local taxes and / or governmental fees, licensing or registration fees that may be imposed in connection with the acceptance of the prize.
•Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.
•Winners must show proof of their social security number by presenting a social security card, driver’s license with SS#, or by completing a W9 form.
•All winners must sign a prize payment form to receive their prize.
•Employees of Red Rock Casino, Station Casinos, Inc., their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and other coordinating agencies with this promotion (collectively, “Ineligible Individuals”) and members of Ineligible Individuals’ households are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Winners will attest that they are not Ineligible Individuals. Immediate family members of Red Rock Casino’s Marketing and Player Development Department’s are also ineligible to participate in the promotion. Immediate family member is defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses. Household is defined as living in the same residence as one or more of the above-mentioned individuals. Employees of the advertising agencies, Nevada Gaming Commission agents and spouses thereof, are not eligible to participate. Each winner may be required to sign a release attesting that they are not any of the above mentioned.
•Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Red Rock Casino management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding for all participants. To the extent appropriate, the Nevada Gaming Commission will be notified of all such disputes or situations and their subsequent resolution.
•Each entrant and winner shall indemnify and hold harmless Red Rock Casino and Station Casinos, Inc. against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from his or her participation in this promotion.
•Red Rock Casino and Station Casinos, Inc. assumes no liability of any kind for any property loss or damage or personal injury occurring in connection with any prizes.
•By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that he/she will abide by the official rules, regulations and procedures of the promotion.
•Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice.
•In the event that the computer equipment used in the operation of this promotion malfunctions or becomes inoperable for any reason, the promotion may be temporarily suspended until the computer system is returned to normal operations. In the event the computer system malfunctions and is deemed to be inoperable, Red Rock Casino reserves the right to conduct the drawing with manual or other automated backup equipment.
•Red Rock Casino will not be held responsible for errors or omissions to any advertising material for this promotion including handbills, fliers, posters, billboards, newspaper or spoken advertisements.
•All winners of this promotion will be required to grant Red Rock Casino permission to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness in connection with the advertising and promotion of its products, in any manner and in any medium, without additional compensation, as Red Rock Casino, in its sole discretion, shall deem appropriate or desirable. Winners will be required to irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use, in perpetuity, for purposes including, but not limited to, display, advertising, sale, and trade, and including any alterations or modifications whatsoever of said photograph, including the negatives and prints made there from and by Red Rock Casino, its employees, agents, customers, successors, and assigns forever. Winners will be required to waive any right, which he/she may otherwise have, to inspect or approve the photographs or prints made from the negative thereof, with respect to 1) any alterations or modifications, any material or commentary, 2) any publication using the name of the undersigned, no name, or fictitious name, 3) and use for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial art, and 4) any advertising of products or services.
•Persons who have been evicted from Red Rock Casino or who have requested self-exclusion from Red Rock Casino are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
