Prize: One (1) Prize consisting of a custom wardrobe valued at up to $25,000 from Paul Stuart. Approximate retail value of prize: $25,000.00. Prize consists of:

 A custom made wardrobe for winner only crafted by the Custom Fitting Department in the Paul Stuart retail store in New York City, New York (“Store”).

 Or, at the Sponsor’s discretion, winner may elect to have the fittings in the Paul Stuart retail store in Chicago, Illinois.

 To redeem prize, winner must attend three (3) or more fittings at the Store. The number of fittings necessary to fulfill the prize is solely determined by the Sponsor.

 All fittings will be scheduled on dates and times by mutual agreement between the Sponsor and the winner.

 Fittings may take place over the the course of one (1) year, and consist of various interviews by store personnel regarding the winner’s lifestyle; and/or fashion sense/taste; and/or measurements of the winner’s body; and/or pattern-making, and/or winner’s selection of desired garments; and/or fabrics; and/or styling options; and/or details from the Paul Stuart collection, all of which will aid in producing custom fit garments to winner’s body.

 In the event that the winner does not attend any or all of the fittings and/or fails to participate in an interview and/or activity as required by Sponsor and/or Store in order for the store to craft the completed custom made wardrobe, the prize will be considered forfeited by the winner and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner.
