PRIZES. There will be one (1) winner randomly selected out of all Eligible Entries on or about the week of October 17, 2012. The winner will receive a merchandise credit of two hundred dollars ($200) to use towards any purchase through PaperDirect. Merchandise credit must be utilized prior to October 31, 2013 or it will automatically expire.

 The retail value of the prize is $200.00 and odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. For example, if PaperDirect receives 1,000 Eligible Entries, your chances of winning will be 1 in 1,000.
