Prize: (1 winner) Private movie-screening of the movie “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past” (movie rating PG-13) for the Grand Prize Winner and up to 100 guests on a date, time, location of theater and all other details to be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets or certificates. One small drink (from a list provided by Sponsor) and one small popcorn for Grand Prize Winner and each guest will be provided at time of Screening. The Grand Prize Winner and guests are solely responsible for all transportation to and from the Screening and all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to, additional concession items at the theater and any other expenses associated with the prize acceptance not specified herein. Guests of the Grand Prize Winner must be thirteen (13) years of age or older to attend the Screening. No one under the age of thirteen (13) will be permitted to attend the Screening under any circumstances. Screening guests will be required to execute and return release forms prior to the screening. Parent/Legal Guardians of eligible minors must execute and return release forms on the minor’s behalf and must accompany his/her child as a Screening guest. Sponsor will attempt to provide Screening in the hometown of the Grand Prize Winner. If Screening in the hometown of the Grand Prize Winner is proved to be not feasible, the Screening will take place in alternate location near the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The Grand Prize also includes a year’s supply of Neutrogena products for the Grand Prize Winner only via mail (exact products to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). “A year’s supply” is based on a twelve (12)-month period, or about eighteen (18) total products. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00. The actual retail value of the Grand Prize will depend on where the Grand Prize Winner resides and the number of actual guests at the Screening. The difference between the ARV and actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner must provide Sponsor with a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before the Grand Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. A 1099 tax form will be submitted on Grand Prize Winner’s behalf (if applicable) by DJA for the actual value of the prize awarded. Grand Prize Winner must be able to attend the Screening on date, time and location to be determined by Sponsor (or Sponsor’s designee), in its sole discretion, or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable, assignable and has no cash value. No prize substitution, assignment or cash redemption allowed by Grand Prize Winner except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Prize may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied by Sponsor. All prize details (including Screening details) are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
