Submit an online entry form along with a photo of something that you built (a “Photo Submission” and collectively with the entry form, the “Entry”). No other method of entry will be accepted. Every valid Entry during each of the six (6) Monthly Entry Periods will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw, which means a maximum of six (6) entries per person/household/email address, will be allowed for the Grand Prize Draw. Only one Entry per person/household/email address per Monthly Entry Period is allowed. Entries submitted during one Monthly Entry Period will not be eligible for the Monthly Draw (as defined below) in another Monthly Entry Period, but will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw (as defined below).
PHOTO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
All Photo Submissions must adhere to the following guidelines and restrictions. Photo Submissions cannot:
Violate or infringe another’s rights
Disparage the Sponsor
Contain brand names or trademarks not owned by the Sponsor
Contain images or artwork not created by entrant, without consent from the creator
Contain inappropriate, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous, libelous material
Contain discriminatory images or language
Contain unlawful material in any state or province where submission is created
Contain material or elements that are not owned by the entrant, unless they have obtained permission prior to submission of entry.
If the Photo Submission contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the submission by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Photo Submission. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide such proof if requested will, if requested, result in the Photo Submission being censored and/or removed by Sponsor. By submitting a Photo Submission, entrant warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the submission consent to the use of the Photo Submission as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to take down any Photo Submission at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion, including when the Photo Submission does not comply with these Official Rules.
Monthly Giveaway Phase:
Ten (10) monthly prizes will be available to be won for each Monthly Entry Period (each a “Monthly Prize” or collectively the “Monthly Prizes”). A total of sixty (60) Monthly Prizes will be awarded during the Monthly Giveaway Phase. Each Monthly Prize consists of:
One (1) Miller® branded shirt with exclusive WE BUILD theme and personalized with winner’s name.
The total approximate retail value of each Monthly Prize is USD $12.00.
Grand Prize Giveaway Phase:
One (1) grand prize will be available to be won (the “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize consists of a 4-day, 3-night trip for two (2) to the 9/11 Memorial and new Freedom Tower in New York City, between April 1, 2014 and July 31, 2014. Trip includes three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations at a sponsor-specified hotel (one (1) standard room – based on double occupancy), round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people from major airport nearest winner’s home (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to New York City, NY, transfers to/from airport and hotel and to/from hotel to 9/11 Memorial / Freedom Tower, two (2) tickets for VIP guided tour of 9/11 Memorial / Freedom Tower, any applicable room taxes, all meals during the stay in New York City, two (2) tickets to choice of evening entertainment – options provided by Sponsor, at its sole discretion, on two (2) evenings, a guide and transport to and from local sightseeing activities chosen from options provided by Sponsor, at its sole discretion, and one (1) $500.00 Visa Gift Card. Dates to be determined based on award recipient’s needs, and subject to availability, to be redeemed no later than July 31, 2014.
The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is USD $10,000.
