(30) Instant Win Prizes – One (1) jar of Luxardo cherries will be awarded at each of thirty (30) computer-selected times during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The first Entry received after each of the thirty (30) computer-selected times will be an Instant Winner of one jar of Luxardo cherries. Instant winners will see a notification on their computer screen notifying them of their win. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Instant Win Prize = $24. Total ARV of all Instant Win prizes = $720.
(1) Grand Prize per Region – (3) Total Grand Prizes – One Ultimate Home Bar Cart will be awarded to one Grand Prize Winner in each of three geographical regions of the U.S., as defined by Sponsor. The three geographical regions are:

Central: IA, IL, MI, MN, WI, AR, IN, KS, MO, KY, TN, LA, TX, OK
West: CA, AZ, ID, WA, CO, NM, NV, AK, OR, UT, WA, WY, HI
The Ultimate Home Bar Cart consists of the bar cart, and items such as a cocktail tool set, ice tray kit, cocktail glasses, and a $200 Visa gift card to stock the bar cart. The Ultimate Home Bar Cart does not contain alcoholic beverages. Sponsor reserves the right to make all selections regarding the content of the Ultimate Home Bar Cart. ARV of each Grand Prize = $525. ARV of all Grand Prizes = $1,575. ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes = $2,295.
