Grand Prize Period: The Entry Period for each day included in the Grand Prize Period begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET. The Notification Date for the Grand Prize Drawing will be January 3, 2014. The Entry Dates that comprise the Grand Prize Period are as follows:

On November 29, December 2, or December 24 entrants may submit entries to relevant Initial Drawing only. There will be no separate opportunity to enter the Grand Prize Drawing. These dates are included in the Grand Prize Period because all entries during the Initial Entry Period will be rolled over to the Grand Prize Drawing.
There will be Four (4) Drawings and Thirteen (13) winners total selected during the Sweepstakes. These winners will be selected as follows:
• Black Friday Drawing, November 29, 2013 (Drawing 1): Two (2) winners will be selected after the end of Day 1 of the Initial Drawing Period in a random drawing from all eligible entries to this Drawing that are received on this Entry Date.
• Cyber Monday Drawing, December 2, 2013 (Drawing 2): Eight (8) winners will be selected during Day 2 of the Initial Drawing Period in a random drawing from all eligible entries to this Drawing that are received on this Entry Date.
• Christmas Eve Drawing, December 24, 2013 (Drawing 3): Two (2) winners will be selected after the end of Day 3 the Initial Drawing Period in a random drawing from all eligible entries to this Drawing that are received on this Entry Date.
• Grand Prize Drawing (December 31, 2013): One (1) winner will be selected after the end the end the Grand Prize Entry Period in a random drawing from all eligible entries to this Drawing that are received during the applicable Entry Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day during the Initial Drawing Period; limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day (fourteen (14) entries total) during the Grand Prize Period.
Prize: There will be thirteen (13) winners total for the Sweepstakes. Prizes for the Drawings will be as follows:
• Black Friday Drawing, November 29, 2013 (Drawing 1): Two (2) winners will each receive a Fifty Dollar ($50) Wal-Mart gift card.
• Cyber Monday Drawing, December 2, 2013 (Drawing 2): Eight (8) winners will each receive a Twenty-Five Dollar ($25) Wal-Mart e-gift card (an electronic gift card delivered by email).
• Christmas Eve Drawing, December 24, 2013 (Drawing 3): Two (2) winners will each receive a Fifty Dollar ($50) Wal-Mart gift card.
• Grand Prize Drawing (December 31, 2013): One (1) winner will receive a One Hundred Dollar ($100) Wal-Mart gift card.
