Complete the Official Nomination Form with the required information; type an essay describing the Nominee’s fight against breast cancer in 250 words or less, and submit as directed. Essay provided with Entry has no bearing on determination of winner.

Essays may not exceed 250 words and will be ineligible if they are corrupted or do not meet ALL of the specified requirements. Entry will be deemed void in Sponsor’s sole discretion if (a) it is proven to be untrue or inaccurate; (b) it is inappropriate, profane or unfit for publication as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (c) Sponsor, in its sole discretion, suspects that it includes any content that may violate the rights of any third party; (d) it promotes any cause other than the Giveaway theme; or (e) it advocates violence, alcohol or drug use or any illegal activity.

LIMIT: One (1) Entry per person or email address for the Giveaway Period, regardless of the number of Facebook accounts they have.

Each Giveaway Period will consist of one (1) random drawing to determine the twenty (20) winners for that period, as described in the chart below. The prize will be awarded to the Nominee, pending verification and acceptance of nomination, on behalf of the Entrant. Non-winning Giveaway Entries from each Giveaway Period will be retained for the subsequent Giveaway Period drawings.
