PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize. Grand Prize winner will have the option to receive either: (a) a credit of up to $20,000 in personal services (“Credit”) as arranged by an independent personal services staffing agency, selected by Sponsor (“Agency”), to be used towards personal assistant or staff of winner’s choice. Staff or service time may include housekeeping, personal trainer, personal chef, nanny or personal assistant. The Credit will be applied against staffing, staff salaries, staff travel costs and management fees of the Agency for the personal services arranged by Winner. Winner will have six (6) months from the date they are validated as a winner to use the Credit. Any portion of the Credit remaining after the six (6) month period will be forfeited and will not be awarded in any form to the Winner; or (b) a one time cash payment of $20,000 in the form of a check in the Winner’s name. Approximate retail value (ARV): $20,000.00.
