ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) 2015 Ford F-150 XLT. The Ford F-150 XLT is equipped with the 302A package and Wrangler® All-Terrain Adventure with Kevlar® Tires. The depiction of the vehicle prize in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual vehicle delivered to the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is: $42,970.
All federal, state and local taxes, optional equipment, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees and any other expenses not listed herein related to the acceptance and use of vehicle are the sole responsibility of the winner, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle. Vehicle will be delivered via an authorized dealer to be determined by Sponsor. Determination of manufacturer and/or dealer option on vehicle, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Delivery of vehicle is subject to availability. Allow twelve (12) weeks for delivery of vehicle after verification of eligibility. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within thirty (30) days of notification that dealership has received vehicle. Grand Prize winner must have proof of a valid U.S. driver’s license from his/her state of residence in the United States to take delivery of vehicle; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment, as described above; any additional upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the winner. Color, package, factory options and other Grand Prize specifics to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability. Grand Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Sponsor does not make, nor in any way manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Winner must provide his/her current valid driver’s license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Grand Prize.
FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: One (1) certificate that is good for one (1) set of four (4) Goodyear passenger or light truck tires with a value up to $1,800. Certificate for set of Goodyear Tires subject to all terms and conditions listed thereon. Mounting, balancing, valve stems and incidental shop and disposal charges (where applicable) are not included and are the sole responsibility of winner. ARV of each First Prize is: $1,800.
TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES: Each Second Prize Package consists of two (2) tickets to a NASCAR® Sprint Cup Series™ race of winner’s choice during the remainder of the 2015 season, and February through June of the 2016 season, excluding the 2016 Daytona 500. Selected race must take place at one of the below listed eligible tracks and is subject to availability. Race selections for the 2015 season must be completed by August 14, 2015. Second Prize winners, who select a race in the 2016 season, will receive their tickets once the dates of the 2016 race season have been determined and the tickets have been printed. Race Selection, for the 2016 season, must be completed by May 31, 2016. No transportation or other travel costs will be provided. Sponsor will determine seat location for all events in its sole discretion. ARV of each Second Prize is: $340. Tickets subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth thereon.
Eligible tracks for Second Prize: Michigan International Speedway, Chicagoland Speedway, Talladega Superspeedway, Homestead-Miami Speedway, Kansas Speedway, Phoenix International Raceway, Auto Club Speedway of California, Watkins Glen International, Richmond International Speedway and Darlington Raceway.
Total ARV of all prizes is $55,370. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.
